I bought this to support the neck, while the films on my chair, and for that, like most travel neck supports fine. Then I grabbed supporting his head one day during a nap on the couch and discovered what makes a great nap pillow! I like the thicker “bones” pages, as they say to avoid keeping your head in an upright position and neck spasms.
Some people, it is too soft, some people say it is too difficult, because these things are a matter of personal preference. But for me it is a perfect little pillow.
Funny how some people thought the dog bone pillows too hard. I think it is too soft!
