I was very happy with the two beds, which I bought for my visiting grandchildren. I like that it consists mostly of PVC plastic. It’s expensive, but it is very durable, and not the plastic directly on the skin. It is easy to inflate when you buy up to eight large batteries for pump combination / flashlight. (It is designed for campers.) There is no way to just plug it anywhere, but the pump works well, Nice beds and stayed over a week inflated. Deflation is a bit of a chore: you need another part of the pump for this purpose, and must remove the air longer. Of course, this is one reason that the bed is so inflated, the air is leaking membrane was arrested in the cap that seals and must be towed by suction. You must obtain the air is completely empty, of course, otherwise you will not be able to fall back into the bag that came with the bed. Then fold into a small box which can be easily stored.

I used to search for a durable yet compact air and relatively light bed when camping on bicycle tours. . . you never know whether or not all sharp objects are removed from under your tent. The AeroBed PerformaLite exceeded expectations, after two weeks of summer 2009 Camping-bike tour reached. It comes with a nice “buy things” which are folded bed & pump. I was one of the batteries during storage or transport of “bed filled a bag so when the pump is inadvertently switch” on “position moves do not stop the pump or light batteries. The bed exhausted quickly if you keep open the finger stick in the opening of the valve air-port rubber flying. I am with the bed, so very happy, I hope that it will take many more seasons of use: it is the relatively high price of being.

I have owned several mattress PVC over the years, but never said a sale on the ground, engaged in the sequel. We tried to find an alternative for over a year without success. Then we were very pleased with this exceptional product in the flagship store at Rei stumble Denver.

This is the only product of its kind that I am aware. All other inflatable mattresses are made of PVC. This is a rip-stop material. Mattresses PVC are absolutely terrible for many reasons, and should be banned, as are all other tires of this material. PVC is very toxic to the environment when products are toxic to humans if used. On a more practical level, immediately broke PVC quickly. From my experience, each PVC mattress we have in the past 5 years in possession began to be at the forefront of leak unusable after approximately 1 year. Inflatable PVC products are disposable. However, the new mattress will not suffer the same problem, and it is a 3 year warranty.

My favorite things about this mattress:
1 It is not made of PVC.
2 It is much lighter than PVC.
3 It bends more easily than PVC (it’s thinner).
4 There is no shouting or making noise, such as PVC.

If you buy a new mattress every year, enough, the answer to your prayers. AeroBed Way to go!

I made this mattress is known. It soon became swollen, and he was also quick to absorb. It was comfortable and held without its air flows slowly at all. I camp every month for> 20 years and have seen many air mattress! A weakness, however, the material may not be as strong as others. The first evening of use, pierced one of my German shepherd on the mattress (yes ran, and I) in the night, and his toenails of mattresses that are in deflation. However, the mattress comes with a simple patch kit that I use applied in the morning, when I could see. The next night, the mattress was full-blown overnight. The trick to avoid future failures German Shepherd, is to cover the mattress with a blanket or sleeping bag, some not used, so when he walks on the carpet, his nails can not penetrate. Of course, we will try to keep dogs, but this way if they try, they agree, there is protection for the air mattress and a bit of padding added bonus for me.

The mattress is easy to carry. The price is worth it. It may be a bit of study to determine the pump and take the registration exercise at first, but once lit, it is so fast and not hard at all. I recommend this product.

Love this bed lightweight —– esp good if, in the needs for relief are increasing. Less volume and weight is something I’ve always tried!
